We usually dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of your payment clearing (unless we are out of stock of something, which is unusual).
If your order seems to be delayed, please contact your local sorting office to see if it’s waiting there for you. If it is there, you can arrange for a re-delivery or pick it up in person.
For international, recorded, special delivery or courier orders, someone has to be available to sign for the goods, though sometimes the couriers leave the goods with a neighbour. If nobody is in, the courier should leave a note. If this happens we respectfully ask you to arrange re-delivery.

If you want to exchange goods or wish to return unopened goods for a refund:
We're dedicated to offering you the best quality in our products and our service. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help remedy those problems.
Notwithstanding the above, or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements. We have sole discretion in deciding whether or not to accept returns.
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered, please contact us by mail or email within 15 days of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken with us; merchandise without a RETURN FORM will not be accepted, and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except in the case of faulty merchandise, or errors in our shipping. In many cases, we shall refund the customer their shipping cost on an item correctly returned to us. However, that refunded shipping cost will always be ONLY for the cost of UK Standard Parcel compensated shipping through a Post Office, regardless of whether it was sent some other way by the customer.
If any packages are returned back to us due to insufficient or wrong address or unclaimed or refused delivery, customers are subject to pay a 25% restocking fee on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by us to send the shipment. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment.

• Always email us first if you have a problem.
• Always be sure to report your problem within 15 days of receiving the item.
• Never send a returned item without a completed Return Form.
• Always report any and all problems associated with a single order at the same time.
• Always return your item(s) using UK Standard Parcel compensated shipping through a Post Office.
• Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects.
• Once a Detox Foot Spa or Array has been used, no refunds can be given.
